Cordell Broadus gets a full Zamundan coronation for his 18th. Really.
Most kids get a watch, or a drink, or something of that ilk to commemorate their 18th birthday. But if you're Snoop Dogg's son, your birthday treatment gets a little more... royal.
Cordell Broadus celebrated his birthday this weekend, and Snoop Dad threw him the ultimate themed birthday party - one inspired by Eddie Murphy's 80's comedy Coming To America. We can only assume it's a family favourite.
Cordell played the role of Prince Akeem, rocking up in full princely furs.
His mum Shante Taylor went for the full Queen of Zamunda look as well; but both dad and party guest Jhene Aiko apparently weren't feeling it.
But Snoop dressed up just in time for Cordell's "official" Zamundan coronation. Seriously, he had a throne and everything.
And apparently being crowned on your birthday makes you a hit with the ladies.
No word on whether they got Sexual Chocolate to play during the party, or if Cordell had royal bathers.
But either way it looks like an awesome night. Check out the clip of Cordell's coronation set to the iconic "She's Your Queen", courtesy of, um, TMZ Sports.
And because the movie is great, here's the original scene from Coming To America it was based on. Seriously, see this movie if you haven't.
