You Won't Believe The Songs People Want Played At Their Funerals

Basically, British people are weird.

Co-operative Funeralcare just released their list of most-requested funeral songs for this year and it is Monty Python's 'Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life' that gets the top spot.

But we noticed there were a few really, very strange requests in amongst all of the usual stuff from Celine Dion and Robbie Williams. Basically, it turns out Britons REALLY like TV and they are equally not bothered about ruining those said TV shows for you when they're gone.

Take a look below our Top 5.

1. Only Fools And Horses Theme Tune

Show forever ruined for everyone in the funeral congregation.

2. Last Of The Summer Wine Theme Tune

Does this mean our generation will be setting sail to the 'Parks And Recreation' theme tune? We hope so.

3. Booker T. & The MG's - Soul Limbo

Apparently this is one for cricket fans, but inviting any thought of "Soul Limbo" is not particularly comforting.

4. Coronation Street

Again, British people like TV.

5. Westlife - You Raise Me Up

We have nothing against this song per say, but there is some pretty morbid imagery to be had at a funeral that could go alongside the words 'You Raise Me Up.'
