This season, normal beauty blenders are out and condom beauty blenders are in. You read that right. If you haven't stuffed a beauty blender into a condom to apply your foundation, have you really experienced all that 2017 has to offer?

We've all seen the wild things that usually come from the Instagram explore page, so it should come as no surprise that someone has pioneered a new use for all those unused condoms you have laying around the house.

Laila Tahri figured that, if she put her beauty blender inside a condom, the sponge would absorb way less product.

To be fair, despite being unconventional, Laila's makeup actually turned out pretty well.

Because the outside of the condom is smooth, it does create a surface for the makeup to be applied more evenly. It also goes without saying that the condoms should be washed thoroughly if you're interested in trying this out. Condoms are usually lubricated and oily if left as is.

Of course, the internet definitely thinks our friend here is being a bit extra with this new routine.

When they told me I had to contour and "bake" and put tape on my eyelids and highlight my t-zone, I said "go ahead, sis. Let's get it poppin'." But condoms now? This beauty routine is getting long.
