We have truly seen it all when it comes to off-beat and unnecessary beauty trends but we have now reached the point where even the joke ones are too much. 2017 has given us squiggle brows, barbed wire brows, glitter tongues... but none of those compare to the utterly baffling trend of nose hair extensions. Yes, seriously. NOSE. HAIR. EXTENSIONS.
Instagram user gret_chen_chen, who seems like a genuinely hilarious person judging by her profile, posted a picture of herself rocking some leftover eyelash extensions... around her nostrils.
Even though the whole thing seems like a joke, it hasn't stopped beauty Instagrammers from trying out the trend themselves.
Some people are posting *genuine* tutorials, while others are just taking the absolute PISS out of way the "trend" has suddenly blown up.
All you'll need for to achieve the flawless look is two identical lashes, from whatever brand you prefer, some eyelash glue and a steady hand. If you're REALLY looking to push the boat out with this one, rummage around in your make up bag for a used, loose eyelash and stick it to your lip for a little extra some'n some'n.
