Time to taste that sweet sweet Japanese rainbow!

We've had rainbow eyebrows and rainbow Converse but now prepare yourselves for the ultimate EDIBLE rainbow trend.

Just when you thought you were safe from the rainbow taking over your lunch hour, Japan comes through with a sushi trend that will make you want to eat nothing but multicoloured California Rolls for the next year. Not a fan of sushi? Doesn't matter. You will be at the end of this post.

To make Rainbow sushi, all you'll need is a regular sushi roll kit... and some natural food colourings!

The more food colouring you drop into the rice as it cooks, the bolder and brighter your sushi will be!
