Vans Just Announced Huge Plans To Help Victims Of Hurricane Harvey

The clothing company will be on hand in Houston to help families suffering from the after-effects of the storm.
Vans have done some truly amazing work this week as it has been discovered that they are donating 4,000 tees, 5,000 pairs of shoes and 5,000 pairs of socks to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

The Source reports that the company have also donated $50,000 to the Red Cross and that members of the Vans promo team will be heading to some of the worst affected areas to help pass out supplies to families.

Vans Vice President Steve Van Doren spoke to The Source about the decision:
"Vans has always been about people helping people. We may be based in California, but I want to be in Texas to hand out shoes, socks, and shirts to anyone who may be in need of dry clothes...I know there are so many people in need, and I just want people to know that Vans and I give a shit!"
