Congratulations are in order for The Theory Of Everything actor Eddie Redmayne on his newest role. The Academy Award winning actor has been confirmed for the role of magizoologist, Newt Scamander in Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them.

The actor has been involved in talks for the film alongside Kate Upton, Dakota Fanning, and Saoirse Ronan. No word on how the ladies of the film have faired in the selection process, but Eddie Redmayne's casting is good news for fans of the British actor. 

JK Rowling is said to have finished the script for the film and, according to IGN, fans can expect a November, 2016 release date for the film.
