We have a lot of grievances to air in honour of Festivus.

The miracle of Festivus lives inside all of us and if you're a tumblr user it lives on your dashboard as well.

First conceived by author Daniel O’Keefe, fans of Seinfeld will recognise the holiday from the episode The Strike. Tenants of Festivus include the pole, the airing of grievances, and feats of strength.

Tumblr users will notice today that in the top left hand corner of their screen, the tumblr logo has been altered to resemble the Seinfeld logo.

Along with the logo, users have the option to add the signature Seinfeld bass line to their tumblr experience. The music is triggered by any movement of the mouse or track pad. Efforts to scroll down on the tumblr plage will promt the signature music to play.

Coincidentally, today is also the day when Wale will drop his mix tape, Festivus. Wale, a well-known fan of Seinfeld has already premiered a few tracks from the release. One of the tracks, "The Chess Match" features a sample from a Seinfeld episode.

We’re sure tumblr will go back to normal tomorrow but for now, let us all join hands, air our grievances, and bask in the warmth of Festivus.
