The third season of 13 Reasons Why sees the Netflix drama embark on brand new plot territory. After exploring the events which led to Hannah Baker's suicide in season 1, season 2 focuses on the Bakers' trial against Liberty High School. Season 3 is different though. With Katherine Langford (Hannah) now out of the series, season 3 introduces viewers to transfer student Ani and it revolves around the mystery of why killed Bryce Walker.

Yesterday (Aug 30), Justin Prentice posted a video on Instagram in which he revealed what he really looked like playing dead Bryce Walker in 13 Reasons Why season 3. In the snippet, Justin can be seen sporting ghostly white make-up as well as an array of scars. If that weren't enough, Justin's lips and eyelashes are dyed white too and he wears nose prosthetics. Essentially, it's even more haunting than you would expect it to be.

In the video, Justin proclaims: "I can't eat so, drinking shake, behind the scenes, gonna be great. Alright."

Never one to take himself too seriously though, Justin captioned the post: "When your makeup game is on point. Look at that glow." And it wasn't long before his cast mates joined in either. Brandon Flynn joked "Ontas?" and Alisha Boe commented: "Omg hahahahahahahahaha".

The beauty trend we never knew we needed.

What do you think of Justin's make-up as Bryce?
