Nothing seems to come of the depositions but now that Mr Porter and the Bakers are in possession of the tapes, Jessica has told her dad and Clay now has a taped confession from Bryce himself. In the trailer for season two, Bryce is seen sitting in a courtroom, as well as been protested against outside the classroom and finding the word 'rapist' written on his locker.
