Kristen Bell returns as the narrator and voice of Gossip Girl in the new HBO Max Series. Seeing as the new series is a continuation of the original series, there was only one person for the job. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, showrunner Joshua Safran said that if Bell didn’t return to narrate the show, they wouldn’t have gone ahead with it.
