Tavi Gevinson plays Kate Keller in HBO Max's continuation of Gossip Girl. Kate is a student at teacher at Constance Billard School for Girls and she's absolutely fed up with her unruly students. Speaking to Nylon about juggling acting and writing, Tavi said: "I wasn't like, 'Time to do a TV show!' But it came up and I went in for it, and I was excited by it. And also as an actor, you're kind of at the mercy of what becomes available to you. So it's more case by case for me." [HBO]
