From My Chemical Romance and Taking Back Sunday to Weezer and The Shins, we rounded up all of DJ Lane Rock's greatest musical guests.

Of all the classic Nickelodeon kids show 00s kids went nuts for, there was none more psychedelic, hipster-friendly and just generally a bit "out there" than the day-glo coloured brilliance of Yo Gabba Gabba!

And, in celebration of its tenth anniversary, we thought we'd round up some of our favourite musical performances from the show, featuring all of the finest indie and pop punk acts of the day.

So, get ready for a dance party as we revisit the best tracks from Yo Gabba Gabba!

1) Taking Back Sunday

Emo's finest stopped by the show to sing an ode to all our pets that is, let's be honest, surprisingly cheery for them.

2) Jimmy Eat World

Strangely not a U2 or Michael Bublé cover, 'Beautiful Day' would actually slot quite nicely onto Futures and into their live sets. Make it happen Jim!

3) Weezer

This gets serious bonus points for all the ridiculous insect-themed costumes. It can sit comfortably among their finest music videos, alongside 'Keep Fishin'' and 'Buddy Holly'.

4) The Shins

An important message there from the indie legends - even if you mess up sometimes, just give it another go!

5) Hot Hot Heat

Remember Hot Hot Heat? They were good fun weren't they? Good solid synth pop tunes. Anyway, this one is about going outside but sadly bares no similarity to George Michael's classic 'Outside' which, tbf, would be pretty inappropriate for a kid's show.

6) The Roots

The greatest band in late night TV really can turn their hand to any style, from rocking it with Brendon Urie on The Tonight Show to churning out this family style tribute for Nickelodeon. Oh, and Phrenology - what an album!

7) Solange

The queen of all pop slays it once again, and in an incredible giraffe print dress to boot. And 'Momma Loves Baby' is just an excellent song title anyway isn't it?

8) Chromeo

Ok, did they actually write this for the show or did they have it already completed? 'Cos this is a fully formed danceable '80s banger right here. Turn it up kids!

The only thing that would make this one better is if Justice hopped on board for an 'Electric Feel' style remix. Then it would BANG!

10) The Flaming Lips

If you ever need to grab a hat in an emergency, you had better hope you have Wayne Coyne's number on speed dial - he'll be sure to hook you up with something ridiculous.

11) My Chemical Romance

Of course. Christmas may be over but we always need reminding of why being a snowflake is no insult in 2017 - it just means you are different/lucky enough to have Gerard sing a song about you.
