Love Island's Josh and Kaz broke up with the weirdest post and everyone's upset

Do you hear that? It's the sound of every heart around the UK breaking.

Love Island's Kaz Crossley and Josh Denzel have announced their break up and everyone's pretty devastated. This comes just days after their co-stars Megan Barton Hanson and Wes Nelson revealed they'd split too – does true love actually exist!?

Kaz announced that the relationship was over on Instagram alongside a photo of herself with Josh looking loved-up on their recent holiday in Jamaica, where they'd celebrated Kaz's birthday just two weeks before.

"Sometimes things don't go the way you planned, but you have to be grateful for the journey," she penned. "Thank you for everything especially showing me how to love myself again." Hold up… this is way too nice. A little weird, actually. Josh even commented beneath the post with a "sad face" and "praying hands" emoji.

Josh's rep confirmed Kaz's declaration, adding: "Josh and Kaz have sadly decided to part ways. They have asked for privacy in this difficult time and appreciate all the support they have received."

The intimate details of why they have decided to split haven't been revealed just yet, but according to reports from The Mirror, Josh and Kaz had actually broken up before their vacation in January, but still had to go on it for a media campaign. Imagine, a holiday with your ex… *shivers*.

They add that Kaz then flew to Thailand alone to continue her birthday celebrations with her pals, which might suggest the split had already happened. However, Josh's rep later denied this was true.

Needless to say, whenever it did happen, everyone's feeling the ripples of heartbreak.
