Megan From "Love Island's" Before And After Plastic Surgery Pics Have Surfaced

The before and after pictures don't even look like half-sisters, let alone the same person.

Megan Barton-Hanson has been the talk of the Love Island villa after pissing off a lot of people, including fellow Islander Laura, when she split with Eyal and went after Wes. But it seems like everyone has now forgotten about that and has moved on to talking about her WILD before and after plastic surgery pictures.

In the images obtained by HELLO!, Megan has long blonde hair, thin eye brows, a completely different nose and considerably less defined cheek bones. To be fair, these pictures are from 2012 and fashion, nor make-up, was not quite as advanced as it is in this blessed year of 2018 but seriously, she doesn't even look like the same person.

This is what Megan, 24, looks like now - as we all know her in the villa.

But viewers literally cannot get their heads around how different she looks from just 6 years ago.

HELLO! also consulted a plastic surgeon to highlight what work Megan reportedly had done. Apparently, she's had almost £25k worth of work done over the last 10 years, including having her ears pinned back at the age of 14. According to the plastic surgeon, Megan has had lips fillers, botox, cheek fillers, bum lift, boob job and new teeth (Jack, you've got competition mate)

Megan/Megan's team have not yet addressed the pictures or the reported plastic surgery. But you know what? you do you, Megan. You look AMAZING, sweetie.
