This talk was a standout moment of the show...

Love Island is in full swing and it's safe to say that the 2018 season is the series' biggest yet. Not only has it already broken ITV2 ratings records with its debut episode but it's also taken over social media. Fans can't get enough of its sun, sex and suspicious pairings. From the supportive friendship of Alex and Samira to the genuine love of Dani and Jack, it's brilliant.

It's not just the couples that are catching viewers' attention though. Alongside the romance, people are obsessed with how much the girls in the villa get on and, bar the odd bit of drama, seem to really care for each other. Practically every episode they have been giving us sisterhood goals and last night was no different.

In the episode, Rosie took things to the next level sexually with Adam. She then chatted with Megan the next day about how she was worried about how she would be perceived because of it. "It is shit that boys can do it and people don't say too much and girls can do it and it's frowned upon". Queen.

Megan then encouraged her that she's done nothing wrong and shouldn't stress. "It's 2018 women are allowed to admit that we enjoy sex and we're not slags for that". Iconic.

Unsurprisingly fans were quick to praise the feminist moment.

Some were happy that they were promoting equality.

We cannot praise them enough.

Others thought it was brilliant reminder that there is no room for slut-shaming in 2018.

A proper girl power conversation.

A few viewers were saddened that Rosie and Megan obviously felt it necessary to defend themselves.

In an ideal world there would be no judgment surrounding when girls choose to legally have sex.

One or two people were really happy with how they pointed out the fact that consenting sex is natural and fun.

Preach.

The conversation even changed a couple of viewers' opinions of Rosie and Megan.

Calling out double standards is always a win in our books.

And then there were those who were just keen to point out how great Rosie and Megan's words were.

Incredible. Fingers crossed that there's more conversations like this to come. We stan.
