The soundtrack to your summer...

There's no question that Love Island is the biggest show on TV right now. Every night the entire nation is transfixed by what goes on in the villa. Will Georgia get caught in a lie? Will another boy fall for Megan? Will Dani and Jack stand the test of time, get married, have babies and become the central characters in the greatest love story ever told? These questions fill our brains daily. We are addicted to Love Island and we have no shame in it.

In fact, the show is SO popular that it's breaking ITV2 ratings records on a near daily basis. Over 3.4 million viewers watched the dramatic recoupling on Monday July 2nd. The episode saw Josh leave Georgia for Kazamir and, after days of teasing it, everyone was intrigued to see how it would all pan out. With weeks of the show still left ahead of us, we can't wait to see what else the programme has in store for us.

Nevertheless, it's not just the romance, the plot twists and the attractive stars that have made people so obsessed with Love Island. Ever since the programme relaunched all the way back in 2015, fans have been just as impressed by the songs that provide the soundtrack to the shenanigans that take place in the villa. Any key moments that happen on Love Island are backed by an incredible song.

And this year is no different at all. We have already been treated to iconic scenes accompanied by the likes of 'If You're Over Me' by Years & Years and 'One Kiss' by Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa. Music adds so much to the series. From the drama to the events that warm our hearts, music is key.

With that in mind, we're here to provide you with the titles of every song played on this season so that you can add them to your playlists this summer.
