'Dirty John' will be available on Netflix from February 14. The Bravo series comes to the platform and tells the story of Debra Newell and John Meehan, a true crime saga made popular by the Dirty John podcast.

Dirty John is coming to Netflix this February. The true crime thriller, based on real events (and a hit podcast), heads to the streaming platform with Connie Britton (American Horror Story) and Eric Bana (Hulk) as series leads. The story of a con man who lies to a successful business women throughout their relationship will have you hooked in this thrilling eight episode series.

How to watch Dirty John online

US viewers may have caught Dirty John on Bravo but the intense thriller is officially headed to Netflix this February. Starting on Valentine's Day, viewers can get stuck into the chilling series based on the true story of con artist John Meehan and the woman he conned, Debra Newell.

When is Dirty John coming to Netflix?

All eight episodes of Dirty John will be available to stream on Netflix from February 14, 2019. Dirty John wrapped its original season one Bravo run on January 13, 2019, and comes to the streaming platform one month later on February 14.

What is Dirty John about?

Dirty John is a true crime television series about a con man, John Meehan, who tricks and marries a successful interior designer, Debra Newell, in order to gain access to her wealth. The television show is based on a true events.

At first, Debra is smitten with the charming man who she believes is an anaesthesiologist. They have a whirlwind romance and are married shortly after meeting through a dating site for older singles.

Though Debra believes she has found the perfect man, her daughters are skeptical and, soon, the shocking details of Dirty John's past come to light.

Dirty John podcast

Dirty John, the television series, came after the hit podcast's success in late 2017. Dirty John was downloaded 10 million times in its initial 10 weeks and is narrated by journalist Christopher Goffard. There are six episodes in the series and they range in length from 36-47 minutes long.
