'After' (2019), Anna Todd's fanfic turned international phenomenon, just got its first trailer for the upcoming movie starring Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin.

The movie adaptation of the hugely popular After series has been in the works since 2014, when its creator, Anna Todd, sold the movie rights to Paramount Pictures. Filming commenced in July 2018 and now a trailer has arrived to give fans a first look at what they can expect from the upcoming film.

This year, it was announced that Josephine Langford would play the lead role of Tessa Young, opposite Hero Fiennes Tiffin as Hardin Scott. The two newcomers are supported by an equally fresh-faced cast who intend to bring the hugely successful series to the big screen.

Ariana Grande's "Dangerous Woman" is the song playing in the trailer and it sets the tone for Hardin and Tessa's steamy romance.

The film, which will hit theatres April 12, 2019, is about a girl, Tessa, who leaves for college and falls for a handsome bad boy, Hardin Scott. Though she already has a boyfriend at home, Tessa finds it hard to keep her distance from Hardin.
