Cole Sprouse's first kiss was in the back of a hearse

This is literally PEAK Cole Sprouse - and also maybe the best first kiss story I've ever heard.
You know how Bughead's first kiss on Riverdale was in the comfort of Betty's bedroom? Lit so beautifully as the sun shone through the window behind them? All cute and stuff? Yeahhh, Cole Sprouse's actual first kiss was nothing like that. In fact, it happened in one the weirdest places you could possibly imagine.
Fresh off his much talked about, very glamorous, post-apocalyptic W Magazine cover shoot with Lili Reinhart, Cole sat down to chat about his life experiences in Lynn Hirschberg's Screen Test interview series.

He spilled a lot of random facts about himself while sat in front of the camera. He said that his favourite birthday was his 22nd birthday when he hired three clowns to go drinking with him and his friends around LA. He said the most identical thing about him and his twin brother Dylan are their voices. And um, he also said that his first date and first kiss...was in the back of a hearse. Yes. A hearse. An actual funeral car.
Detailing the experience in the video, Cole said: "First date? In the back of a hearse. This is a weird story, that's where I got my first kiss too."
"Charlene was her name, strange name as well. Her father was an offbeat man. He was an avid Hot Wheels collector but then he also owned a hearse and he was part of this hearse club which is probably where my dark sense of humour comes from," he continued.
"We sat in that area of the casket and we pulled up in the curtains and we're making scary ghoulish faces out of the window to passing cars, which we thought was hilarious at the time and I still think it's quite hilarious. Then, we pecked on the lips and it was just lightning in a bottle. I got the kiss of death."
You literally could not make this up. Seven year old Cole Sprouse in the back of a hearse with Charlene. Of course. Of course.
Cole's childhood crush on Charlene would soon be overtaken by his love for Jennifer Aniston, who he worked alongside on Friends but the memories of the hearse will remain forever. This honestly might be my favourite Cole Sprouse story yet.
