"It really isn’t too late to replace Johnny Depp, guys."

In case you missed it, Fantastic Beasts 2 finally got an official release date and subtitle yesterday. The Crimes Of Grindelwald will be hitting our screens on November 16th 2018.

Warner Bros. also released an official cast portrait featuring all the characters from the second instalment of the franchise and my GOD, everyone looks spectacular. (It's official, young Dumbledore is hot AF.)

But people aren't too thrilled about the inclusion of a certain person in that portrait. And he goes by the name of Johnny Depp.

Fans are still expressing their disappointment over his casting in light of the accusations made against him regarding domestic abuse toward then-wife Amber Heard. (Depp was never charged and the issue was settled after a court battle. He was also cast in the film before allegations were made.)

Some believe that his inclusion in the film sort of goes against everything the Harry Potter universe stands for.

Others are calling out the studio for making Grindelwald look like a gimmicky pantomime villain...

Others are just really pissed off that Colin Farrell - who really stole the damn show in Fantastic Beasts - won't be able to reprise his role in the second movie.

Who knows... maybe Depp will manage to give us the performance we all deserve...? Orrrrrrr, maybe not. At least we've got hot Dumbledore, Zoe Kravitz, Ezra Miller minus that dodgy haircut and the memory of Colin Farrell waving his ~wand~ about, right?
