A 'Joker' inspired Starbucks drink has popped up on the "secret menu".

After a lot of anticipation, the Joker was released on 4 October. There have been various discussions surrounding the new film, which stars Joaquin Phoenix as Batman's evil nemesis. Apparently, people actually walked out of the cinema because they deemed the Todd Phillips flick too "dark". Meanwhile, others complained about how it depicted people living with mental illness.

But the latest Joker news is something much more light-hearted. In fact, it's something you can sink your teeth into. Kind of. According to Totally the Bomb, there's a drink inspired by the DC comic villain on Starbucks' "secret menu" – and it actually looks spot on.

In case you didn't know, Starbucks' mysterious secret menu is basically a selection of modified versions of drinks that are already on the menu that you can ask the barista to make into a delicious cocktail. So, if you think you can just waltz into any Starbucks and demand a Joker Frappuccino, you're wrong.

Apparently, Starbucks were secretly selling a Pennywise-themed drink after the release of IT: Chapter Two. There were also rumours of The Nightmare Before Christmas and Maleficent drinks. Plus, the secret menu Pumpkin Birthday Cake latte is definitely for all the Christian Girl Autumn lovers out there.

To make the Joker drink, you need to ask the barista to draw a smile inside the cup using strawberry drizzle. By this time they should be thoroughly annoyed by your demands... so ask them to pour in the Matcha Green Tea Creme Frappuccino. If they haven't escorted you off of the premises yet, finish it off with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Totally the Bomb didn't mention how much this concoction would set you back but whatever the price it's worth it.
