Gym, tanning, laundry... jail?

Mike Sorrentino, who you will probably remember as "The Situation" from the iconic Jersey Shore is facing up to 15 years in jail because of tax fraud.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, The Situation and his brother "have agreed to plead guilty" to charges of tax fraud, after rejecting an initial plea deal from the prosecutors. They'll reportedly enter the plea this Friday.

The 35-year-old and his brother were initially indicted in September 2014 for tax offences after allegedly failing to properly pay taxes on around $8.9 million in income from 2010 to 2012. In 2017, they were also indicted on two additional charges: tax evasion and falsifying records.

Depending on how the deal works out and which charges they plead guilty to, The Situation could face up to 15 years in prison and his brother could be put away for 25 years.

The final verdict reportedly won't have any effect on the filming of the Jersey Shore reunion series either. The Situation will still be available to film that, in case you were wondering.

Pay your taxes, kids!
