Nina Dobrev And Paul Wesley Had A Mini "Vampire Diaries" Reunion And It Was So Precious

The Vampire Diaries aired its final episode in early 2017. With eight seasons under its belt and the (worst kept) surprise return of Nina Dobrev's Elena Gilbert, The Vampire Diaries bowed out gracefully from the CW's line-up.
During the show's run, the main cast were rather close and were known to see one another socially. This is what makes Nina Dobrev's latest Instagram post even sweeter.
"Excuse me sir, you look familiar. I feel like we've met before. Maybe in a past life," Nina wrote as a caption to the black and white photo of her and Paul Wesley.
Paul played Nina's love interest in early seasons of The Vampire Diaries. Both have pursued other projects since leaving The Vampire Diaries. Nina Dobrev is set to star in a new CBS sitcom called Fam.
This isn't the first time Nina has reunited with her former vampy co-stars.
She's had fun times with her former on and off screen beau Ian Somerhalder and his wife Nikki Reed.
Nina and Paul linked up again back in December 2017 as well.
With the Vampire Diaries and The Originals gearing up for the most ambitious CW crossover event in history (aka the new show Legacies heading to the network this fall), we have to admit that we're hoping at least one of them has left the door open to some doppelganger appearances on the new spin-off.
