Fans are reacting to the news that internet boyfriend Noah Centineo could play famed superhero He-Man from Master of The Universe.

According to a Variety report, the internet's boyfriend, Noah Centineo, is in talks to play He-Man in Sony's Masters of The Universe.

The 22-year-old actor won fans over last summer in Netflix's To All The Boys I've Loved Before and Sierra Burgess Is A Loser. Now, it seems like the young star has about a million projects in the pipeline, including a potential role as He-Man (the most powerful man in the universe).

Fans aren't 100 percent convinced, though. After Variety tweeted the news, many couldn't quite see the vision of Noah as He-Man.

The obvious difference between the original He-Man character and Noah is that He-Man has lighter hair and is very muscular. The live action character was previously played by Swedish actor Dolph Lundgren.

Though hair colour isn't everything, some people were surprised by the casting choice, to say the least.

Of course, there's nothing wrong with changing the vibe of a character. And, with Noah Centineo doing a handful of "boyfriend" roles in such a short time, there's a good chance he's eager to flex those acting muscles with a different type of character.

Meanwhile, the To All The Boys I've Loved Before sequel is officially in motion. Noah and his TATBILB co-star Lana Condor tweeted their excitement over getting back to work on the upcoming film.

And, if you can't wait to see Noah in another Netflix movie, his latest film with Camila Mendes and Laura Marano, The Perfect Date, heads to the streaming platform on April 12.

What do you guys think? Could you see Noah as He-Man?
