The Sorting Hat has returned just in time to ruin your entire year!
In September last year, Pottermore was given a gorgewaaah new face lift but what it giveth, it also taketh away... 'cause there was no Sorting Ceremony. On Jan 28, it was announced that the Sorting Hat had returned to Hogwarts and that you could retake the quiz with the new design.

But when you log in, you're given two options. Option #1: Reclaim your house from the Beta version and carry on your life at Hogwarts as normal or option #2: RE. TAKE. THE. QUIZ.
Obviously, you'd opt to retake the quiz, right? It's the same quiz with the same questions, so if you answered honestly the first time then this whole situation shouldn't be too much of a traumatic experience, RIGHT?!
WRONG. And so began the great wizarding identity crisis of 2016.

Somehow, in the 3 times I have taken the Pottermore Sorting quiz, I have been put into Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff AND Gryffindor #identitycrisis
