We know people change over time...but this?

Simon Cowell has ingrained himself in pretty much every single music-themed reality television show for decades so we've come to know his face pretty darn well. But when he showed up for a recent red carpet appearance he was literally unrecognisable and the internet is shook.

The music mogul recently attended an America's Got Talent's Season 14 Live Show in Hollywood and naturally he hit the red carpet to take some photos. Simon showed off his recent 20lbs weight loss after deciding to become vegan and drastically overhaul his lifestyle.

"Within 24 hours I changed my diet and I’ve not looked back since," Simon told The Sun in April 2019. "You feel better, you look better. I cut out a lot of the stuff I shouldn't have been eating and that was primarily meat, dairy, wheat, sugar – those were the four main things."

But it wasn't just his body that looked like it had changed, Simon's face was a little different too. Despite his weight loss, Simon sported fuller cheeks, a heavier brow and blinding white teeth.

Needless to say, Simon's transformation didn't go unnoticed.

Although Simon hasn't confirmed if he's had any cosmetic help recently, he has admitted to having undergone procedures in the past, including a "little too much" Botox.

In 2018, Simon told The Sun on Sunday that he spent £2000 on a Silhouette Soft Lift, a less invasive facelift procedure that involves sewing bioplastic-infused thread into the face and neck and pulling it to tighten sagging skin.

He said: "There’s lots of things you can do now. You don’t just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox.

"It hurts like hell but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs all the crap. For me now, it’s all about having clean skin. If you have clean skin, you look better.

"But you have to be very careful with some of this stuff."
