"The Office" Is Reportedly Coming Back To TV In 2018 And Everybody STAY CALM

Oh my god, it's happening. Everybody STAY CALM.
Remember when Steve Carell sent everyone into meltdown earlier this year when he tweeted that The Office would be making a comeback? Weeeeeell, that joke is now starting to seem like more of a reality...
Sources have told TVLine that NBC is looking to bring back and continue The Office for the 2018-2019 TV season.
While it's revival is completely unconfirmed, the show is said to be back for a limited run. Although, if it turns out to be as much of a success as the Will & Grace revival, we might end up getting a full season of the show.
Sounds amazing, right? But here's the bad news: if it does go ahead, Steve Carell will not be back as Michael Scott and apparently they're searching for a new regional manager as we type... but ummmmmm, what does that mean for Dwight who ended up as regional manager at the end of the series?
As for the rest of the cast? The revival would obviously be set at Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch again and will feature a mix of new and old cast members but it's unlikely that Jim and Pam will return.
NBC reportedly declined to comment on or confirm any details about the revival but judging the the success of the Will & Grace - who have just scooped a ton of Globe and SAG nominations after 10 years off air - it's no surprise that NBC have been looking to bring back a few more of their big hitter shows.
And no, there's been no whispers about a Friends reunion... yet.
