But not for the reason you think!
Have you heard of "competitive endurance tickling" before? Nope? Us neither.
Well you're about to hear a lot more about it thanks to a new documentary, Tickled, which blows the lid off this surprising secretive and bizarrely sinister world. It's kinda like Fight Club but a whole lot gayer. Watch below:
In the trailer, documentary-maker, David Farrier, explains he came across an ad for "competitive endurance tickling" event in LA and he inquires about filming the event.
It doesn't go quite to plan, however, as he receives a homophobic response from the organisers who don't want the "sport" to be associated with a gay journalist, despite the very obvious homosexual undertones of grown men tickling each other.
Things go from bad worse when Farrier tries to dig deeper into this secretive world, including receiving legal threats as well as uncovering blackmail attempts by the event organisers.
After receiving rave reviews at True/False documentary film festival in Missouri this past March, Tickled will be released into theatres in June and will also air on HBO. Will you be watching? It kinda seems too WTF to not watch IMO...
