Have you ever fancied yourself a stay at Joyce Byers’ iconic Hawkins home? You’re in luck... The Byers house from Stranger Things is being turned into an Airbnb.

TMZ has reported that the famous house, which features in the first three seasons of the Netflix series, is set to be turned into an overnight experience that fans can actually stay in.

Speaking with the outlet, Katie Siplon of TriCounty Real Estate said that the home, which sits on 6 acres of land and spans just over 1,800 square feet, was snapped up straight away by one of her clients – it only spent one week on the open market.

According to TMZ, the new owner of the Fayetteville, Georgia property is an investor and made a cash offer on the home, paying $300,000 over the asking price. Siplon also told the outlet that the buyer has plans to recreate the Byers’ home “to a T”, as well as transforming some of the rooms to look like the upside down.

They also confirmed that they plan to recreate some other memorable places and scenes from the hit Netflix show.

It’s not the first time that a Stranger Things property has been transformed into a vacation rental home. The Byers' California home from season 4, which is actually located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is currently available to rent on Airbnb.

Housing up to 14 people, the spacious New Mexico abode has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and boasts stunning mountain views. To keep it “as authentic as possible”, the home features retro ‘70s and ‘80s décor, with many of the pieces having appeared in the show.

While there’s no set date for when the Byers' Hawkins home will officially open and be listed for fans to book an Airbnb stay, the owner does have plans to “get something up and running by Halloween” (of course). The sale is set to close by mid-October.
