'To All The Boys I've Loved Before' is officially one of the most watched Netflix original films ever

The film premiered on Netflix in August and has been a huge hit for the platform.

Netflix's To All The Boys I've Loved Before was an undeniable hit for the streaming platform. Over the summer,the Netflix adaptation of the Jenny Han book enamored audiences who couldn't get over the stellar performances of the film's stars, Lana Condor and Noah Centineo.

Variety reports that Netflix has offered up some insight into what a phenomenon their "summer of love" films truly were. The "summer of love" films were a push to give subscribers exclusive rom com content and included originals like The Kissing Booth, To All The Boys I've Loved Before, Like Father, Sierra Burgess Is A Loser, and Set It Up.

According to insights disclosed in a Q3 earnings report this week, 80 million subscribers watched at least one of these "summer of love" films on the platform. To All The Boys I've Loved Before was also cited as one of the “most viewed original films ever with strong repeat viewing.”

We know we're guilty of repeat viewing the hell out of that particular Netflix original, so this news is not surprising.

People called the film's lead character highly relatable and praised the chemistry between the film's stars.

People reacted to the news of TATBILB being one of the most watched original films, including Jenny Han and Lana Condor.

So, now that we know To All The Boys I've Loved Before is one of the GOATs of Netflix, we're going to wait here for that sequel announcement.
