Kurt's low-quality recording of "And I Love Her" is one of many gems we can expect from documentary "Montage Of Heck".

In the creation of Montage Of Heck, director Brett Morgan has uncovered a lot of incredible facts, recordings and other little nuggets from the life of Kurt Cobain. And of course, before the documentary's release, the latest thing to surface just had to be an obligatory Beatles cover.

In the audio below, Kurt's familiar drawl can be heard in a demure acoustic play-through of the classic "And I Love Her" from 1964's A Hard Day's Night. The audio quality makes it sound as though it was recorded underwater, but somehow not only does Kurt's unique tone still shine through; but the poor recording also adds to the powerful feeling that presents this song as a preserved time-capsule of Cobain in one of his most tender musical moments.

Montage Of Heck debuts on HBO in May, and we can be sure there will be many chilling moments similar to this. For now, check out the cover below.
