Yes, we've finally discovered a pose that is fitting for everyone this summer. All you need is, well…elbows. The Sun coined the phrase and it looks like everyone's doing it on their summer vacays.
Basically, all it involves is lifting up your arms and resting them behind your head, while keeping your elbows bent. It's perfect for showing off your tan, swimsuit and your bod. And better yet, it's so simple to recreate.
The key is to make sure it looks like you were caught in a totally candid moment but the rest is up for you to customise. The flattering pose elongates the body and corrects your posture as you stretch towards the sky. It's also a great opportunity to show off your earrings... or armpits. You know, whatever you prefer.
