The Disney filter was created by Instagram user @arnopartissimo, who has made other filters before (though none quite as viral). To get the Disney filter, you can save it to your Instagram camera or simply "try it". This can be done in a couple of ways, but we'll show you how to get the Disney filter by searching for it in "browse effects".
First things first. Make sure your Instagram app is updated to the latest version.

Step 1 - Open up your Instagram camera and navigate to the "Browse Effects" option along the bottom.
You should see a row of filters along the bottom of your phone screen. Navigate all the way to the end until you see "Browse Effects", which looks like a sparkly magnifying glass. This will allow you to search for the Disney filter, specifically.
Step 2 - When you're taken to the "Effect Gallery", press the magnifying glass in the top right and search "Which Disney".
Step 3 - @arnopartissimo's filter will show up. Click the story and either press "Try It" or the press the downward pointing arrow to add it your cameras.
If that doesn't work for you, go to @arnopartissimo's Instagram profile, head to his filters (the third tab) and tap "which Disney" to check out the filter!
Et voila! Next time you go to upload an Instagram Story, the Disney filter should be ready to use.
