Why did Belle Delphine get banned from YouTube? Here's what you need to know about Belle's channel being terminated.

Belle Delphine has been banned from YouTube for violating the platform's strict guidelines on sexual content.

In case you didn't know, the Instagram model, cosplayer and gamer has famously caused a stir on social media for selling her bath water (which sold out in three days, btw) and for her popular OnlyFans page.

On Sunday (Nov 22), Belle's channel was terminated without warning. If you try to get onto her channel there's now an error message, which reads: "This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube’s policy on nudity or sexual content." Before her channel was banned, Belle had 1.79 million YouTube subscribers.

Belle hit back at YouTube's decision on Twitter alongside a clip from her 'I'm Back' YouTube video and a Nicki Minaj music video. She tweeted: "hey @TeamYouTube, why was my youtube account terminated with no warning/no strikes for 'sexual content' when you allow and promote songs like 'W.A.P'? seems a lil sus." A tweet from Team YouTube then said it would look into the matter.

It's not known if Belle's channel will return because it has actually been terminated and not suspended, however, this wouldn't be the first time Belle's explicit content has got her into trouble on social media.

In July 2019, Belle had her Instagram account removed for "violating Community Guidelines". Belle had 4.5 million Instagram followers at the time. She later returned to the platform with a new username.
