NikkieTutorials slams Ellen DeGeneres in damning interview
YouTube beauty guru NikkieTutorials has shared her first ever childhood photo in recognition of Transgender Visibility Day, since coming out in January.
Social media has been flooded with support ever since YouTube beauty guru, NikkieTutorials (also known as Nikkie de Jager), came out as trans back in January - and now she's using her platform to share never-before-seen photos of her childhood in recognition of Trans Visibility Day.
Just a couple of months ago, Nikkie was blackmailed into making her public coming out video by people threatening to expose her past, but since uploading the emotional statement to her YouTube channel, the 26-year-old has been surprised by the response, and is now using her platform to advocate for trans rights.

31st March is known as Trans Visibility Day, and to mark the occasion, Nikkie decided it would be the perfect opportunity to show her fans just what she looked like growing up - on the very first day that she left her old life and her dead-name behind.
And we've gotta say, she's pretty damn adorable.
In the side by side of the glowing woman she's grown up to be, the vlogger spoke of her transition: '2020 completely changed my life, and at times it got really, really dark...but looking back now, I've never felt so free.
'On the left is the day we left my dead-name in the past and I reintroduced myself to my classmates as Nikkie. It was the first day I wore a girly outfit and had my hair in braids. I remember feeling so terrified but so strong at the same time...I wish I could hug that girl, look her straight into her eyes and tell her: "you're doing exactly what you need to be doing. Hold on queen!"'
She finished notably with: 'On the right is me yesterday...a strong woman who sometimes still is scared of the world but knows she has the most amazing support system behind her.'

Fans have since flooded her comments section with almost 10,000 messages of support, including how she's inspired them to be their true selves in times of uncertainty.
Celebrities including Demi Lovato showed their support, and fellow beauty influencer Kandee Johnson also weighed in, commenting: '...i wish i could reach in and hug you! I’m sending a hug from my heart to you now and that still, and always beautiful soul on the right.'
