Today (Jul 22), One Direction posted their first Instagram photo since they went on hiatus just over four years ago. The group's social media accounts shared a black image with the writing '10 Years of One Direction' on it, using their signature logo. The upload also included the caption: "Tomorrow! You and me got a whole lot of history #10YearsOf1D". The pic already has 2.3 million likes. The group also tweeted the same image from their official account.

As it stands, neither Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan nor Zayn have commented on the photo or publicly addressed the 10 year anniversary in any formal way on their own social media accounts.

Nevertheless, fans globally are losing it with many hoping that the boys will announce something official tomorrow.

One Direction's publicist, Simon Jones, previously released a statement explaining what that the band will be celebrating the anniversary by launching a new website and releasing a new video honouring their legacy and impact. Could this post mean that there is more news in store though? It looks like we'll find out tomorrow.
