Everyone is living for how professional Joey King and Jacob Elordi in The Kissing Booth 2.
The Kissing Booth 2 marks the first time that Joey King and Jacob Elordi have worked together since they broke up in 2019.
After months of anticipation, The Kissing Booth 2 is finally out and fans are living for it. The Netflix sequel ups the ante. With Noah (Jacob Elordi) at Harvard, Elle (Joey King) no longer lives in the same city as her boyfriend and their relationship is put to the test. Lee (Joel Courtney) also takes centre stage and Elle has to decide if she wants to go to uni with him or Noah.

However, it's not just the movie which fans are praising. People also can't get over Joey and Jacob reuniting on screen.
It's no secret that Joey and Jacob used to date. The two stars became a couple after meeting on the set of the first movie in 2017. Naturally, fans became obsessed with their love story and were excited to see them act together again in The Kissing Booth 2. However, in 2019, Joey and Jacob split leaving fans wondering if Jacob would even still be in the second film.
Thankfully, Joey and Jacob both appear in The Kissing Booth 2 and fans are saying that their acting in the movie is so good that you wouldn't even know they'd broken up in real life. People are also commending them on being so professional and still working together in spite of any differences they may have in their personal lives.

They broke up months before filming The Kissing Booth 2 but hey, the outcome of the film was so good!" Another added: "it must have been hard for them but I see no change in the movie".

In 2019, Joey admitted on the Mood with Lauren Elizabeth podcast that reuniting with Jacob for the second film was "a wild experience" but "totally worth it." While Joey and Jacob may not be together anymore, there's plenty more Elle and Noah content to look forward to. The Kissing Booth 3 has already been filmed and is coming out in 2021.
