A new era is coming…

Trust our gal Halsey to come through with something unique. The "Boy With Luv" singer has teased that something huge is on the horizon and she's kicked it all off with a...questionnaire?

We're all just counting down the days until Halsey's third album drops but we might not even have to wait that long. Fans think new music is definitely on the way after she planted clues on social media.

First, Halsey blacked out her Instagram and Twitter pages, replacing every picture with three black squares. Although she has since shared promotional images for her upcoming shows at Webster Hall (where she'll perform her albums Badlands and Hopeless Fountain Kingdom), she pulled a similar stunt last year to signify a new era of music.

Now, she's updated her bio with a link to a website called "nightma.re" – spooky. When you click into it, fans are asked to sign up for email alerts and share what their worst nightmare is.

"ENTER YOUR INFORMATION BELOW & TELL US ABOUT THE WORST NIGHTMARE YOU’VE EVER HAD TO LEARN MORE ABOUT ITS MEANING," the website reads.

You can then choose from a series of options like, being naked in public and drowning and demons. The website then reveals the meaning behind it, before ending with: "Thank you for participating. More soon…"

But what does this all mean!? Well, some think that Halsey's next single could be called "Nightmare". Others believe it could be the name of the album, or the entire concept will be based on dreams.

Whatever it is, Halsey stans are ready and the theories are coming in.
